Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry piece must meet the following conditions:

• Must be in its original, unworn condition.
• Must include all original ORBITA packaging, certificates, and tags.
• Must not have been customized or resized.

Process

Contact our concierge via Gmail or Phone to initiate a return. Our secure courier will be dispatched to collect the piece from your location.

Refunds

Once the piece is inspected by our master jewelers, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 5 business days.
